Questions

My PDF has no blue boxes. Can I still fill it?

That PDF has no form fields (it is a flat page or a scan). Use Edit PDF and its Add text tool to type on it instead.

Will Hindi answers show in other apps?

Yes. Answers in Hindi or other scripts are drawn as a sharp picture inside the field, so every PDF app shows them, while the typed text is still stored in the form.

What is flatten?

Flatten makes the answers part of the page. They look the same everywhere and can’t be changed. Leave it off if you want to edit the answers later.

Does it work with Adobe LiveCycle (XFA) forms?

No. Those only work in Adobe’s own apps. Most government forms also offer a regular PDF version, which works here.

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is opened and changed inside your browser, on your own device. There is no upload step and no server that receives it. You can even switch off your internet after the page has loaded and most tools keep working.
