Questions
Are sticky notes real PDF comments?
Yes. Each note is drawn on the page and also saved as a real PDF comment with your name and the date, so it shows in the comments list of PDF readers like Acrobat.
How does Measure work?
By default it measures the page at its printed size (in mm). To measure a drawing or plan, choose Set scale, draw a line over something whose real length you know and type that length; distance, perimeter and area then use your scale.
Are my marks editable afterwards?
Highlights, drawings and shapes are drawn into the page, so they look the same in every PDF reader but can’t be moved later in other apps. Keep your original file if you may want to change them.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is opened and changed inside your browser, on your own device. There is no upload step and no server that receives it. You can even switch off your internet after the page has loaded and most tools keep working.
