Questions
Does it reduce photo quality?
No. Photos are not re-compressed: the picture data is copied exactly and only the hidden details are left out.
Will my photo turn sideways?
No. If a photo needs its “which way up” setting to display correctly, that one setting is kept and everything else is removed.
Does WhatsApp remove this anyway?
WhatsApp removes location from photos sent as pictures, but not from photos or PDFs sent as documents. Email and cloud links usually keep everything.
Can it clean a password-protected PDF?
No. Remove the password with Protect / unlock first.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is opened and changed inside your browser, on your own device. There is no upload step and no server that receives it. You can even switch off your internet after the page has loaded and most tools keep working.
