Questions
Why is no text found?
The PDF is probably made of scanned pictures, which contain no real text. Run Make searchable on it first, then use PDF to text.
Are tables kept?
Not as tables. Their contents come out as plain lines, so check the order before using them.
Does it keep Hindi text?
Yes, when the PDF stores it as proper text. Some older PDFs store Hindi with custom font codes, and those come out as unreadable characters.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is opened and changed inside your browser, on your own device. There is no upload step and no server that receives it. You can even switch off your internet after the page has loaded and most tools keep working.
